COACHING IS NOT ONE-SIZED
A typical movement coaching session can be 45 or 60min-long. It begins with a few prompted questions, followed by an assessment and a highly customized series of movements to stretch and strengthen. “Your issues are in your tissues”, which means that your emotions and life experiences live in your body. By adjusting the way you exercise, you can change the way you live your life too. Your coach is a highly trained professional who can assess your needs and provide you with the right tools and curated information to encourage you toward your goal.

Sessions are in person or online, for all adults. If you can’t come to us, take us with you on your device! Limitless Discipline sessions are easily converted to virtual.
